Q: I don't know what size I am in your garments. How can I find out this information?

Our size chart can be found linked in the footer. If you are still unsure or have additional questions please email customerservice@jibrionline.com

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders take approximately 21 business days to be created, processed and ship.

Q: I need my order sooner than 21 days. What are my options?

We offer rush processing. With this option your order is created within 3 business days and ship on the 4th business day. There is an additional $50.00 fee for this option.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?

 When your order ships you will receive a email containing your tracking number. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

You can call 678-534-7655 immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once orders have been processed, no changes can be made. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.

Q: I would like an item in a color/print I don't see listed. Is it possible to request this ?

Q: I have a custom dress idea, can JIBRI create it for me?

No, we don't offer custom dressmaking.

Q: Where is your store located?

Our showroom is located at 1775 Wilwat Dr. Suite C Norcross, Ga 30093. We are open on Saturdays from 12-7. The showroom is open Sunday-Friday by appointment only. 

Q: What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Q: I would like to model for JIBRI. How do I contact you? 

We are not currently taking model submissions. However, we do occasionally post model calls for projects on Instagram and Facebook. Be sure to follow us!
