Shipping

Everything is handmade in Atlanta, GA. Because of this, garments are mailed out within 21 business days after receipt of the payment. Please allow 28 business days for items ordered during sales or custom pieces. (Subject to change) Rush processing is available for an additional fee ($75 and up) . Please contact us @ info@jibrionline.com if you'd like to add rush processing.Please allow 60 business days for Bridal items.

US Shipments
I ship most orders USPS 2-3 Priority with tracking.
*** Please allow the listed days for the completion of your garment. All garments will be mailed out within 21 business days. I'll do my best to get it out sooner but I do not guarantee rush requests unless the rush fee is added.***

Outside of the US
I ship first class which takes 1-3 weeks to ship and is cheaper for you. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Customs
Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. I have no control over this. If you are overseas and need the package by a specific date, let me know so that we can discuss faster shipping options. I am obligated to disclose the contents and value of goods shipped to international destinations. International buyers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that may be assessed by your government or postal services.
Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for exchange or instore credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt. Item must not be worn or altered. Custom orders are final. Samples are as is. Sample purchases are final sale. All items purchased on sale/discount are final sale. All bridal pieces are final sale.

How to work out your JIBRI size

All of our garments are designed for Plus Size people. We don’t use the traditional ‘mannequin scale’. Our unique silhouette means that JIBRI clothes will fit you beautifully no matter what your body shape is.

How to Measure Yourself

Check out the diagram above, then follow this simple 3 step process:

Measure your Bust, Waist & Hips. Snugly wrap the tape around the outside of your clothes. Find the biggest measurement in inches for your bust. Measure your waist just beneath your ribs (do not measure around your tummy button). Measure the widest part around your hips.
Compare your measurements in inches to the JIBRI 0-4 scale.
Use the table below to decide what size you are overall depending on what garment you want.
